New Home Construction Consultation Fees

Includes independent third party evaluation of plans and specs, site inspection, foundation inspection, framing inspection (which includes framing, electrical rough, plumbing, heat/ac), trim and millwork, and a final walk-thru with the owner. We will provide a complete punch list for the owner to give to ther builder prior to closing. This is a wonderful opportunity for out of town buyers to be confident that the home is being constructed to plans and specs and that it is being carefully looked at during their absence.   Homes under 2000 sq. ft. of living space $1300.00 flat rate Homes under 2000-2500 sq. ft. of living space @ .65 per sq. ft.   Homes under 2500-3000 sq. ft. of living space @ .70 per sq. ft.   Homes under 3000 sq. ft. and larger @ .80 per sq. ft.   A $500.00 retainer fee will be due prior to plan review and sight inspection. The balance would be billed in four equal installments at foundation inspection, trim and millwork inspection, and final inspection.
